Mark took over Optimum in 2016, and has played a major role in the company’s growth in sales and product offering. Currently he spends a lot of time managing the company’s finances, insurance, compliance, marketing, as well as other strategic decisions intended to grow the company while enhancing our client’s experience with Optimum. He is a sports fanatic and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children.
Perla has been with the company for almost 9 years. In that period, she has helped the company grow over 5X from when she started. With Perla’s leadership, the company has also added new services, such as porter services, carpets, maintenance, as well as bulk trash removal. Her happy place is hiking with her husband and three children.
Rebecca manages all the day to day processes for Optimum and ensures that they run smoothly. This consists of scheduling, phone calls, emails, and all communication with clients and our workforce. She prides herself on being a great troubleshooter and going out of her way to satisfy our clients.
Pablo is responsible for managing all of our paint crew, ensuring the quality of our work, and making sure jobs are started and completed on schedule. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his children.
