Our Services

"Their services have been nothing short of exceptional. Optimum is our exclusive vendor for all vacant apartment services, including housekeeping, tub resurfacing, carpet cleaning (power scrubs), and porter assistance as needed. What I appreciate most is their responsiveness and ability to accommodate our frequent last-minute requests. Our community often requires same-day or short-notice services, and Optimum always steps up without hesitation. Their employees are consistently professional, friendly, and respectful — we’ve never received a single complaint from residents. Optimum Apartment Solutions is truly a diamond to our community, and I highly recommend them to any property in search of a reliable, high-quality vendor partner."

"BRC has partnered closely with Optimum for many years.. and for good reason! In my time working with them, I’ve had an incredibly positive experience. Their team is exceptionally responsive, reliable, and easy to work with. When challenges arise or mistakes happen, they’re quick to collaborate and find solutions that keep things moving smoothly. Optimum consistently goes above and beyond to support us, making them one of our most trusted and valued vendors. We truly appreciate their partnership and the outstanding service they continue to provide!"

"I couldn’t be happier with our cleaning vendor, Optimum Apartment Solutions. They are dependable, professional, and consistently deliver outstanding results. Communication is seamless, scheduling is effortless, and the quality of their work is excellent. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and I can always rely on them to show up exactly when promised. I’ve worked with Perla at several locations, and she is not only kind and professional but also attentive to our needs. She listens, makes corrections when necessary, and quickly pivots to ensure we are always well taken care of. Rebeca is equally impressive – she excels at communication and scheduling, responds quickly, and always finds a way to help, even on short notice. I’d also like to recognize Gabriel, whom I’ve had the pleasure of working with onsite at two locations. He is a true rockstar, always eager to help and consistently going above and beyond."
